Career Conference (SCC)
March 9-12, 2011
The State Career Conference is the annual climax of the New York state DECA year. Members can participate in competitive events, take part in a leadership academy, or play a part in the State Officer elections. Recognition is given to outstanding individuals and groups while top award winners qualify to compete in international competition.

International
Career Development Conference (ICDC)
The International Career Development Conference is the highlight
of the DECA year. Thirteen thousand students, advisors, businesspersons
and alumni gather for several days of DECA excitement. Most
participants are at ICDC to compete in one of DECA’s competency
based competitive events. The top competitors in each event
are recognized for their outstanding achievements. In addition
to the competitive events many students and advisors participate
in a number of leadership academies as well as take part in
the student National Officer Elections.

2012 ICDC April 28–May 1 – Salt Lake City, Utah
2013 ICDC April 24–27 – Anaheim, California
